Stuti’s dedication to movement and human performance has defined her path as a sports physical therapist.
She possesses a Master’s degree in Sports and Orthopedic Conditioning in Physical Therapy, complemented by a diploma in Sports Medicine from FIFA. Stuti has worked with various state and club-level cricket teams in India and currently serves as the lead physical therapist for Capo FC.
She has specialized manual certification in Mainland and Mulligan joint mobilizations and blood flow restriction therapy. As a certified run gait analyst, she designs treatment plans to assist athletes in achieving their goals. Utilizing advanced techniques and the latest research, she performs comprehensive assessments to uncover the root causes of problems, offering care through a holistic lens.
In her free time, Stuti enjoys distance running, baking sourdough bread, and spending quality time with her husband and their dog, Truffle.
